It was originally owned by Durham Cormack, carrier of Geraldine, then it went to a Geraldine farmer. Murray Drake bought it from the farmer and started the restoration. Bill Richardson finished it in December 1991 for Murray's wife Velda. She then gave it to Bill in 1994.
Built from 1954-1958 this model Claymore is one of twenty thought to have been imported to New Zealand. The engine is a 4 cylinder version of the Leyland 350.
