Folding fan advertising Chemins de Fer de l'Etat.
Monture: Wooden sticks, no guards.
Mount: Shaped double paper leaf printed on the obverse only with views of (l to r) Royan, Fouras, La Rochelle, Ile d'Yeu, Chatelaillon and Les Sables d'Olonne. Tendrils and yellow flowers entwined around the views. 'Wagons Restaurants' are advertised in the reserves.
Reverse is plain.
