About this object

A black & white print of a procession or parade down Brodie Street, Hughenden ca.1929. The man on the white horse is thought to be Jack Leonard who was the local butcher and also the Mayor from 1927 - 1933.

In the procession is a float for the Soldiers Help Society and in the background is the Central Hotel and Blackall & Co (with Australian flags hanging off the balcony).
