NSW Elector's Right Residential Qualification issued to Lilias Eva Wheeldon [1867-1944] domestic duties of Port Macquarie for the Hastings and Macleay Electoral District, Port Macquarie Division. The document is numbered '652478', signed 'L E Wheeldon' and dated 16 September 1903. It features a decorative scroll with the words 'Sic fortis Etruria Crevit' the NSW badge and a version of the Advance Australia emblem. The document also has the printed signature of J M McIntrye, Chief Electoral Officer.

Lilias Eva Wheeldon (nee Lane) was born at Euroka on the Macleay River and after her marriage to John Robert Wheeldon in 1894 resided at Deep Creek and later at Port Macquarie, where she lived until her death in 1944, aged 77 years.
