Smooth-tailed crayfish. The Maori name for crayfish is koura. The scientific name for this particular species is Jasus Hugelii. It is not as common as the spiny crayfish - Jasus Ialandii. It is found in the Kermadus, New South Wales and the Indian Ocean.
