About this object

Fire extinguisher; consisting of a red, conical metal body with a handle on the right side, attached to the wall with a bracket. At the narrow end is a silver metal tip. A large black label with red and gold lettering is fixed to the front face, which gives the maker as MINIMAX.

Minimax is a German company specialising in fire protection. It was founded in 1902 in Berlin by Wilhelm Graaff.
