Dentist chair, brown leather, wooden frame with black metal decorative work. Height adjusting device and headrest. Made by Geo W. Archer, Rochester, N.J., United States.
The dentist regularly held a surgery in the Library Hall, Mangawhai Village. The chair also was taken to other venues on the back of a horse drawn cart.
