This is a German key circa ww1. It was made by "Telefunken". It is almost identical to the Telefunken model H.T.3 Morse key. The Australian company Amalgamated Wireless Australasia (AWA) was formed by the merger if the Asian interests of Telefunken and the Marconi Co. about this time.
