Photograph of 9815 Sister Coralie Ina Wilks nee Healey of Maungaturoto who served in WW2 with the Royal New Zealand Nursing Corps. Coralie was a Charge Nurse in General Hospitals in the Middle East, Italy and United Kingdom during the war. In this photograph she is pictured with Lord Freyberg and Lady Barbara on the day in 1950 she received her MBE (The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) which is attached to her nursing uniform with a bow ribbon.
