There are three options for importing data to eHive:

Option 1: Use the eHive Import Spreadsheet

Data can be imported in bulk into an existing eHive account. To do this, download the eHive Import Spreadsheet. Enter or copy and paste data into this spreadsheet. The completed spreadsheet can be emailed or posted to us. 

There is a charge of US$120 per import.  For large volumes of records (for example, more than 10,000 records), the charge may be higher. Please contact us for more information.

Option 2: Custom Import Spreadsheet

If the fields in the standard eHive Import Spreadsheet do not meet your needs, we can custom-build an import spreadsheet for you.  The charges for this service are as follows:

• US$120 per hour to design and build spreadsheet
• US$120 per hour to perform the import.

Option 3: Data Conversion

The team at Vernon Systems can convert data from your existing database to eHive.  For example, we have created a conversion from Modes XML format to our eHive import format.  There is a charge for this conversion service.  Please contact us for more information.
