About this object
This broken dinner plate is decorated with the grey printed Rhine pattern. Its back markings and the Rhine pattern match G W Turner & Sons, which has the date range of between 1862-1886. It was found in the archaeological dig conducted on the commercial site now occupied by Subway on Queen Street.
