A Deed of Title for a crown grant of 50 acres at Pukeroro, made to Michael Hanlin for services rendered in the 3rd Waikato Militia. This property was left to his two daughters. When they died in 1967 the property was left to the Resthaven Trust Board to help build a retirement home in Cambridge.
