Wellington, N.Z., 17th July, 1926; Dear Madam, With reference to your application for registration as a midwife, I have to advise you that after giving full consideration to your qualifications, the board at its last meeting decided to register you as a maternity nurse. As soon as I recieve a receipt for the registration fee. viz. £1. I will have your name entered on the register; Yours Faithfully, (signature) Flo. Buchanan (?); Secretary to the board; Miss E. M. Gibbs, 450 Leigh street, Dunedin.'
